
Mahmood Almas is Pegasus Agriculture’s founder, owner, and Chairman. Now 4 years in the running, Pegasus Agriculture is the result of his efforts: a global hydroponics company that is helping countries around the world reduce their reliance on food imports. As, Chairman, Mahmood ensures that the views of major investors are heard.

As Pegasus Agriculture’s Managing Director, Naveed has provided dedicated leadership and helped to both guide and develop the business since its inception in 2012. Currently, he is using his talents to ensure constant and sustainable growth for the Company. Moreover, he has been, and continues to be, instrumental in expanding our international client portfolio by securing new investments, whilst simultaneously managing our already established client base and supply chain.

As the Regional Director for Pegasus Agriculture (APAC), Tony’s responsibilities extend to cover all of the company’s operations in Hong Kong and Singapore. This includes sales development for the entire Asia region, as well as promoting and educating on the benefits of hydroponic farming in the area. Tony was recruited by the company as a result of his extensive global financial experience, and has been instrumental in helping Pegasus Agriculture to achieve success in the region.

Ricardo Nunes, Pegasus Agriculture’s Technical Director, has been working in the agricultural industry for roughly a decade. Over this time he has honed his abilities, and has gained experience managing irrigation projects, conventional and hydroponic fruit production projects, and much more. He has received degrees in Agricultural Engineering as well as Food Safety and Quality Management, and has developed strong international relationships with some of the biggest names in the industry.

As Pegasus Agriculture’s Director, John Harrison has been instrumental in the company’s expansion into Far Eastern markets. He personally oversaw the opening of the first Pegasus Agriculture office in Singapore, bringing in key team members who have now gone on to play pivotal roles in the company’s ongoing growth and development within the region. Currently, his responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations in Pegasus Agriculture offices in Singapore and Hong Kong, as well as continuing to recruit and train new, skilled employees.


As Pegasus Agriculture’s Global Sales and Telemarketing Manager, Faisal is responsible for a wide variety of day-to- day activities, as well as handling many of the company’s general goals. This includes training, managing, and being generally responsible for their sales team, and ensuring that pre-determined sales targets are always met. As an individual, he is also responsible for achieving his own personal targets, which are often considerable, and serve to inspire and lead the sales team as a whole.

As a Senior Consultant with Pegasus Agriculture, Ricardo’s responsibilities revolve primarily around the company’s clients, whether they are individuals or corporations. His day-to- day activities often include meeting with both potential and existing clients. These consultations typically involve discovering new investment opportunities for clients, which often take the form of getting involved in a joint venture project, capitalizing on the company’s world-class A-frame technology, or even providing guidance so that they can build their own hydroponic farms. Additionally, he is also responsible for creating new business opportunities, managing clients’ portfolios, and visiting operational farms on a weekly basis.

As a Business Development Manager with Pegasus Agriculture, Stuart’s responsibilities revolve primarily around the company’s clients, both existing and future. His day-to- day activities include telesales and marketing, as well as providing support for all of Pegasus Agriculture’s customers. Crucially, he is also responsible for ensuring that both himself, individually, and the sales team in general, achieve their monthly targets.
